Friday, November 11, 2022 - 6:30-8:30 pm
Upper Gwinn
Join us as we hear from Dr. Constance Cherry, author of The Worship Architect, and singer-songwriter, Wendell Kimbrough, on the challenges and opportunities of planning worship after the pandemic. Dinner and conversations included!
October 10, 2022 - 7 p.m. - Upper Gwinn (Third Floor)
Dr. Randy Woodley will be on hand during Indigenous Peoples Day to present his lecture, “Indigenous Spirit: Weaving Justice and Peace in a Wounded Land.” After years of COVID, we are finding ourselves and each other again. There is joy in understanding our human purpose on earth, our place on the land and our own sense of indigenaity. Dr. Woodley will assist us in finding the joy of place through an Indigenous perspective and give us tools to live with the land, not just on the land.
Save the date for these upcoming lectures, including our annual Walls and Palmer lectures.
Come hear from Biblical scholars as they share theological perspectives on Jesus’ Mission outside the United States.
